Carmine Buccella

My greatest passion has always been cooking, cultivated since childhood in my grandmothers' kitchens. Alongside small experiences in the kitchens of restaurants in my city, I obtained a degree in Public and Business Communication at university. A Master's degree in Marketing laid the foundations for my knowledge applied to sales.

 

Despite my studies, I wasn't motivated to continue down that path, so I decided to follow my instincts. Working as a cook, even outside Italy, I realized the shortcomings that some restaurants have when they fail to maximize their profits. So I became interested in marketing again, but applied to the restaurant industry. Becoming a personal chef and consultant was the natural evolution of this process.

I help restaurateurs and food entrepreneurs increase profitability by improving their menus through menu engineering, food cost, and marketing strategies. I also offer catering and tailor-made cooking services for private events.

Dr. Vincenzo Zottoli

I graduated in Pharmacy and then in Biology. My first university course gave me the pharmacological and pharmaceutical foundations for understanding many therapeutic processes. I completed my professional curriculum with a second master's degree in Biology, which gave me an overview of the concepts of therapy and human physiology. A second-level master's degree in Food and Applied Dietetics consolidated my knowledge of nutraceuticals, nutrition, and pathological processes related to weight imbalances.

 

My outlook on life translates into a continuous acquisition of knowledge that can lead to an ever-higher level of understanding, not only for personal enrichment but also for self-knowledge.

Chef Antonello Caddeo

Cooking is my life. Since I was a teenager, I have followed my passion, learning and perfecting the cooking techniques absorbed from my mentors.

I come from Sardinia, a land rich in excellent raw materials, and I bring this cultural heritage and culinary knowledge with me wherever I go. Simplicity and authenticity are the keywords.

I am the mind behind the dishes you can taste when you use our catering and personal chef service, helping you to make your events unforgettable, for you and your guests.
